2017 Beboti Awards: Best Documentary

We move on in the 2017 Beboti Awards, looking now at the Best Documentaries that 2016 had to offer.

Jim: The James Foley Story, directed by Brian Oakes
Weiner, directed by Josh Kriegman, Elyse Steinberg
Wizard Mode, directed by Nathan Drillot, Jeff Petry
Pervert Park, directed by Frida Barkfors, Lasse Barkfors
13th, directed by Ava Duvernay

For some reason, this was passed over as Best Documentary for the Oscars this year. It is a stunning examination of a horribly self-destructive man that just can't help himself and get out of his own way. It follows the mayoral race of Anthony Weiner, the man that connected with people and was a great politician, he just couldn't stop sending pics of his junk to random women. He falls apart in the film, and the cameras are there to document it all.
