The Best TV Shows of 2016

By Kenny Howell

I have already written a bit about nearly every show that will appear on this list in my Best Comedies of and Best Dramas of 2016, so this one will just combine those into a list format. I added a few on here that weren't on those lists, chief among those was ESPN's 30 for 30 miniseries O.J.: Made in America, which was a detailed, in depth look at what led up to O.J. Simpson's rise to fame and how that and racial tensions at the time helped him be acquitted for the double murder that became a media sensation. I actually liked it better than the fictionalized version, which also appears on the list. There are a few more at the bottom that I enjoyed, but didn't find a place for on my individual lists. So, here are my top TV shows of 2016.
